On July 21st, 2010, Station Commander Michael Hartzell and Company Commander Robert Trent awarded Primary Eyecare a Certificate of Appreciation. This certificate recognized Primary Eyecare’s support of the United States Army 235th Birthday Celebration at the Pavillion on the Downtown Mall, 14 June 2010. We are honored to be able to support the men and women in uniform who have served this country for 235 years.

Often police and other law enforcement officers are cast in a negative light, but I want to recognize a job well done. Both the City of Charlottesville and County of Albemarle Police Departments deserve our thanks and gratitude.
